Basic

  • Dusting and polishing of furniture

  • Making of beds and folding of laundry

  • Cleaning of wood floors, kitchen appliances, bathtubs and shower stalls, toilets, sinks and all sink fixtures

  • Removal of trash from the interior trash containers and brought to the outdoor dumpster

  • Cleaning of interior windows without blinds

  • Sweep of porches

Deep Clean
$0.15/sqft

  • All Basic Services

  • Cleaning of blinds and interior window with blinds

  • Cleaning of exterior windows

  • Cleaning of ceiling fans and AC grills/grates

  • Spot Carpet Cleaning

  • Cleaning of cabinetry interiors in kitchen and bathrooms

  • Cleaning of cabinet exteriors with Murphy’s Oil soap (for stained wood) or a vinegar/water mixture (painted cabinetry)

  • Cleaning of Outdoor furniture and porches
